We aim to make your stay as comfortable and accessible as possible. There are no steps between the car park and the domes, and the route is a firm, hard surface that is easy to navigate.
For guests who require additional assistance, personal transport from the car park to your dome is available and can be arranged in advance. We also transport all luggage directly to your dome, so there is no need to carry bags yourself.
The shower room and decking area are both step-free, providing easy access throughout these spaces. Please note that there is a small threshold between the decking and the entrance to the dome itself, which means the dome is not accessible by wheelchair.
The hot tubs are raised and may not be suitable for all guests. However, there are no steps within the ensuite or kitchen areas, allowing for easy movement throughout these facilities.
